U.S. FULFILLMENT & INTERNATIONAL SUPPLY
PINRSHELF serves customers across the United States.
Depending on product availability, size, configuration, and delivery destination, orders may be fulfilled from an available U.S. warehouse or from our manufacturing and fulfillment network in China.
Products available in a U.S. warehouse are generally processed within 1–3 business days, with estimated delivery in approximately 3–10 business days.
Certain oversized, customized, or special-order products shipped from China are generally processed within 3–7 business days, with estimated delivery in approximately 20–30 business days.
The applicable shipping method, estimated delivery time, and shipping cost will be displayed at checkout or provided in a written quotation before payment is completed.

RETURNS & CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Refund and Return Policy.
Approved U.S. returns may be directed to our authorized return-processing location in Vernon, California. Customers must contact us and receive return authorization before sending any product.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, customers should contact us within seven days after delivery and provide the order number and supporting photographs or videos.
