We offer two shipping methods depending on product availability, size, and shipping location:

  • U.S. Warehouse Shipping
  • International Freight Shipping from China

The available shipping method and estimated delivery time will be displayed during checkout or confirmed after order review.

1. U.S. Warehouse Shipping

Products available in our U.S. warehouse are shipped directly within the United States.

Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Approximately 3-10 business days depending on the delivery location and carrier schedule.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

2. International Freight Shipping (China to USA)

Some oversized, special-order, or customized products are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in China.

This shipping method is commonly used for:

  • Heavy-duty warehouse racks
  • Large shelving systems
  • Customized storage equipment
  • Oversized industrial products

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Approximately 20-30 business days, including international transportation, customs clearance, and final delivery arrangements.

For large freight shipments, delivery may be completed by truck or freight carrier. Customers may be contacted by the carrier to arrange delivery appointments when required.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Product size and weight
  • Delivery address
  • Shipping method
  • Carrier rates

The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout or provided before shipment confirmation.

Freight Delivery Requirements

Due to the oversized nature of some products, customers should ensure that the delivery location is accessible for freight delivery.
