Load capacity and test information
The product options list 6,000 lb per shelf / beam level. This is a per-level listing, not a stated total capacity for the complete rack. Do not multiply this figure by the number of levels to determine an approved bay capacity.
A load-test report, test conditions and a configuration-specific total bay rating are not provided on this page. A test load and an allowable working load are different measures. Before ordering, ask us to confirm the applicable working-load rating and supporting documentation for your selected beams, uprights, level spacing and load arrangement.

Listed units are 98.4 inches wide and 48 inches deep, with heights from 79 to 196 inches. Choose one, two or three storage levels where offered for the selected height, then specify a starter or add-on unit.

- An add-on option is intended to extend a compatible rack run. Confirm the required starter sections, connecting components and compatibility before purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the load capacity per shelf or for the entire unit?
The listed 6,000 lb figure is per shelf / beam level, not for the entire unit. Confirm the allowable working load and total bay capacity for your selected configuration before purchase. See the load-capacity section above for the distinction between listed capacity and test information.
Does the load capacity vary by size?
All currently listed sizes show 6,000 lb per shelf. This does not establish that every rack layout has the same total bay capacity. Use the specification table to choose your dimensions and levels, then send us your pallet weights and intended beam positions so the applicable rating can be confirmed.
How do I choose the right pallet rack size?
Measure the available floor space and height, then check pallet width, depth, loaded height and weight. W, D and H mean width, depth and overall height in inches. Allow for your operating clearances and forklift access. Choose a Starter Unit for the start of a rack run; an Add-On Unit extends a compatible run. Confirm compatibility before combining sections.
What is included in the package?
Each unit includes the following rack components, based on your selected unit type and number of storage levels:
- Starter Unit: 2 upright frames per unit, plus 2 horizontal load beams and 4 cross support bars per level.
- Add-On Unit: 1 upright frame per unit, plus 2 horizontal load beams and 4 cross support bars per level. An add-on unit shares an upright frame with the adjoining compatible rack bay and must be connected to an existing compatible rack run.

The upright frame quantity stays the same for each unit type; beam and cross support bar quantities increase with the number of levels selected.
What tools are required for assembly?
Only an Allen key (hex key) is needed to assemble the upright frames. The horizontal load beams and cross support bars slot directly into place using interlocking connections, with no additional tools needed for these connections.
Where does this pallet racking ship from, and how long does delivery take?
This pallet racking ships from Wuxi, China via ocean freight to the destination port, followed by truck delivery to your delivery address. Order preparation takes approximately 5 business days, followed by an estimated 25–35 business days for shipping and delivery.

Yes. The beam positions are adjustable to accommodate different pallet heights. Confirm the adjustment increment and permitted beam positions for your selected configuration before planning the layout; changes to level spacing require the applicable load rating to be checked.
Does the pallet racking need to be anchored?
Confirm the anchoring requirements in the installation instructions for the selected rack and the requirements of your installation site. Ask your installer to verify floor suitability, anchor specifications and placement before use. Confirm whether the required anchors are included in your order.
